My approach to portrait making is relaxed and fun. My style is more contemporary rather than traditional. It is a mix of candid images, casual poses, the sweet expressions of your little ones and the connections between people.

I love the endless options of backdrops that nature and shooting outdoors can provide. I love unique locations, colors and textures and that is why I choose to specialize in outdoor portraits. Downtown Bend has a lot of great buildings with fun colors and textures. I encourage you to be open to my vision & to try something different.

Iam available for indoor portraits for maternity and babies but all other sessions will be outdoors.

Your session will be from 1-3hrs. I want to capture the closeness, the fun and the love your family has. Your session will be relaxed with no worries about time. Photographing childresn and familes does take time. With kids, I want to capture them just as they are and do not encourage parents to make them sit and "say cheese." To me the most priceless portraits are the non traditional ones. I'm not always looking to capture just smiles. It's about the expressions, the eyes, the moments and the connections.

Once you reserve a date and make deposit, it is very important to me to find out a little about your family, and what kind of portraits you are hoping for.
